Four Seasons Hotel Washington, DC has announced the appointment of internationally-acclaimed Chef Sebastien Giannini as Executive Chef. In his role, Giannini will oversee the Hotel’s restaurants including celebrated chef Michael Mina’s BOURBON STEAK ; DC’s go-to spot for power breakfast, DC Tea and Sunday Brunch Seasons ; and the neighbourhood wine bar ENO Wine Bar .
His pop-up, Eno Azur, came to a close this past weekend.
